Tips and FYI's

All appointments or reservations must be approved in our online system. You will be notified if your request is approved or put on our waitlist. If you do not receive your online confirmation please confirm with us by email, text or phone

Please ensure your online profile is always kept current and updated with your personal and emergency contact information, your pet's vaccine information (see boarding page) and any information regarding your pet's personal, feeding and medical needs.

Please ensure you read and electronically sign any applicable agreements (under account in your Gingr profile)

In your online profile, under the accounts tab you will see Agreements and Waivers, please ensure you read and electronically sign the applicable agreements for the service you are requesting.
Training: Training Agreement and proof of current Rabies Vaccine
Boarding: Service Agreement, Social Pack/Offsite Walk Agreement (for add on services), Training Agreements (for Board and Train) Emergency Contact Agreement and proof of Rabies, Bordetella and Core Vaccines
Grooming: Service Agreement, Double Coat (only if applicable) and proof of current Rabies Vaccine

When dropping off or picking up your pet for boarding, times shown on your reservation are not appointment times and do not require notification to the kennel if you cannot arrive at that specific time. Only date changes need to be provided to to kennel. Pick ups after 4pm include a day stay fee.

Reservations that are 7 nights and longer will include a complimentary bath for your dog. If any grooming is required prior to the bath including brushing, mat removal or hair cuts, a cost will be applied.

Pets are expected to be free of fleas, viruses and spreadable conditions. Please notify us of any conditions or symptoms that your pet may be experience prior to their arrival. A reservation can be cancelled before or during a pets stay so please plan ahead and be transparent.
